Independent solicitor-matching service — not a law firm or regulator General information, not legal advice

Transparent solicitor matching

An introduction service, clearly separate from legal representation.

Professional Regulation Guide will help people identify a participating regulated firm. The firm remains independent and decides whether it can offer a consultation or accept the matter.

01

Route

Choose only the regulator, jurisdiction, stage, deadline band and type of help. Do not describe the allegations or upload case papers.

02

Review

Ethical Digital Marketing Limited reviews the routing details. They remain with the operator while potential firms are identified.

03

Choose

See the named firm, SRA or relevant home-jurisdiction register link, selection reason, privacy notice and exact commercial arrangement before deciding.

04

Share separately

Nothing is sent until you choose a named firm and agree to the exact data transfer. The firm then runs its own checks.

What the service is

Commercial, independent and limited to its panel.

The live service will compare only participating firms. It will not claim to search the whole legal market or guarantee a match, consultation or outcome.

We will

Explain the matching model, keep the first submission with the operator, name recipients before transfer, record the later sharing choice and publish the commercial relationship.

We will not

Collect a case narrative at the routing stage, provide legal advice, act for a user, call participating solicitors “our lawyers,” or imply regulation of this service as a law firm.

The law firm will

Run conflicts and capacity checks, decide whether to accept the matter, and provide its own engagement terms and regulatory protections.

Before matching opens

The operator is named. Every participating firm must be verifiable.

The service is operated by Ethical Digital Marketing Limited, company number 680776, in Unit 2 Shearwater, Pier Road, Kinsale, Co. Cork, P17 V124, Ireland. Before matching opens, it will also publish the privacy contact, participating firms, SRA or relevant home-jurisdiction register links, selection rules, complaint route, referral fee, retention period and any required UK representative.

What happens if I ask for an introduction?

Before any details are shared, the live service will name the recipient and ask for your consent. The independent regulated firm will decide whether it can help and provide its own terms.
