Terms for using the AI voice assistant.
These terms apply when you choose “Agree and start” in Jordan, the optional AI intake assistant provided for Professional Regulation Guide by Ethical Digital Marketing Limited.
The service and your agreement
A limited intake tool, not professional advice.
By choosing “Agree and start”, you enter this clickwrap agreement with Ethical Digital Marketing Limited, company number 680776, at Unit 2 Shearwater, Pier Road, Kinsale, Co. Cork, P17 V124, Ireland. You may use Jordan only for your own lawful enquiry and subject to these terms, the privacy notice and the AI voice assistant notice.
AI and providersJordan is AI, not a person or solicitor. ElevenLabs supplies the agent and uses configured language-model providers. ElevenLabs is not our agent, partner or joint-venture participant.
Processing permissionYou grant ElevenLabs, its affiliates and approved subcontractors a non-exclusive right to process the information you provide only as needed to provide and support the voice service, subject to the published privacy information and applicable law.
Third-party beneficiaryElevenLabs is an intended third-party beneficiary of the parts of this agreement that protect its services, technology and permitted processing.
No professional adviceDo not rely on agent output as legal, medical, financial, psychological or other professional advice. The conversation does not instruct a solicitor, create a retainer, establish privilege or protect a deadline.
Permitted use
Keep the conversation lawful, brief and suitable for routing.
You must comply with the current ElevenLabs Terms of Service, ElevenAgents Terms and Prohibited Use Policy, which are incorporated here for use of the underlying service. If those provider terms conflict with these terms about use of ElevenLabs technology, the stricter restriction applies.

Do not provide payment or bank details, government-issued identifiers, health-card numbers, documents, passwords, detailed health information, detailed criminal allegations or other information subject to elevated protection requirements. Do not identify patients, witnesses, colleagues, minors or alleged victims.
Do not use Jordan unlawfully, to infringe another person's rights, to harass or deceive, to submit unlawful sexual content, to bypass security, to reverse engineer or extract models or source code, or to build a competing foundation model.
Do not use the assistant to capture another person's voice or initiate communications in breach of privacy, call-recording, telemarketing or electronic-communications law. You must have authority to act for another person before discussing their enquiry.
If meaningful help would require prohibited or detailed sensitive information, end the AI conversation and use an appropriate independent solicitor or another suitable route.
Consent and service limits
You stay in control of whether a conversation begins.
Before the assistant starts, the widget states that you are interacting with AI, that ElevenLabs processes your voice input live, and that a transcript and derived fields are retained for up to 30 days. Raw call audio storage is disabled. Choosing “Agree and start” records your acceptance of these terms and your consent to the processing described in the linked notices.
You may end a conversation or withdraw future voice consent at any time. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Availability, transcription and AI output may contain errors; no introduction, response time, solicitor acceptance or outcome is guaranteed.
ChangesMaterial changes receive a new notice or terms version so that the widget can ask again. Continuing under a new version requires a fresh affirmative choice.
Ending accessWe may suspend access where necessary to protect people, comply with law, enforce these terms or protect the service. You may stop using Jordan at any time.
Mandatory rightsThese terms are governed by Irish law, but they do not remove any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live.
